3. The goal of triple jump is try to do the
most distance in three jumps.
4. To perform a triple jump must make a raid, a
second jump, a third and falling. The jump is
one of the two sequences of legs: left, left, right
and fall or right, right, left and fall.
5. The installation for this type of jump is the same as for
the long jump, except in international competitions in
which off board is located 13 metres.

Games in 1896 in Athens.
