I) I have worked as Asst. Winemaker in Redwing Wines, Nashik
From Feb 2009 to 30 oct2010.
Responsibilities-
1 Handled all wine production processes under the guidance of Italian
Winemaker Mr Andrea Valentinuzzi –in Crushing, Pressing,
Racking, Filtration, Bottling etc.
2 Carried out the Analysis like, pH, T.A, Free So2, TSo2, Sugar,
V.A, Alcohol, Protein, Calcium, Tartarate stability.
3 Responsible for Guest attendance & to give information on Wine.
• II) I have worked as a Officer Process and QA in Charosa wineries
ltd, at village- Charosa, Tal – Dindori, Dist- Nashik. ( Group of HCC,
Mumbai) from 17 february 2011 to 20 July 2012.
• Responsibilities-
• 1 I have handled all wine production processes like Crushing,
Pressing, Racking, Filtration, Bottling etc.
• 2 Carry out the Analysis like, pH, T.A, Free So2, TSo2, Sugar, V.A,
Alcohol, Protein, Calcium, Tartarate stability.
• 3 Spectrophotometric analysis of Ammonia. Sugar, Malic acid, Lactic
acid present in wine. Etc.

Dist: Pune from 23 July 2012 to till date.
• Responsibilities:
• To Handle Pot Still distillation of Wine.
• Responsible for Operation of Gas Bank/ Chiller/ Cleaning of Pots
during Distillation Process.
• Conducting Weekly tasting of Spirits to increase sensory evaluation.
• Assist Winemaker for different Brandy winemaking operations.
• Responsible for Lab Analysis of Grapes, Brandy wine, Spirit and DM
water.
• I am doing Supportive Role in Blending of Grape Spirit by
Preparation of New Blend Trails.
