You shouldn’t have to pay an agency to

Conspiracy on a foundation of strategy
and research. We set the bar at knowing
at least as much about your industry as
you do. But we try to be above the bar

not using Agile as a fancy way to say

have been with The Starr Conspiracy for

People sometimes ask how much time we spend in each stage for each project. We strive for balance, because neglecting any of the six phases
weakens the outcome considerably. So we try and spend about 15 to 20 percent of our time in each phase. Sometimes people really want us to

The Starr Conspiracy was founded in 1999 in Fort Worth, Texas. Since the very
beginning, we have focused exclusively on enterprise software and services
(though there’s a lot more of it now than there was back then). In 2013, we
opened our San Francisco office to get closer to our clients in the Bay Area. We
have 58 team members and they mostly work from our two physical locations.
However, we also have a few mostly virtual team members in outposts like
Athens, Greece; New York City; and Portland, Oregon. The Starr Conspiracy is still
managed by Bret Starr, the current CEO and founding partner.
