Social indicators provide information to assess large social systems by measuring important features that reflect social change over time. They can be used for decision making, monitoring policies, and identifying goals for social development. The key social indicators for any country include metrics related to population, education, living standards, resources, income and poverty levels, expenditures, investment in services, employment, environment, and health. Each indicator category contains several specific metrics to analyze different aspects of social and economic conditions.

2. An Indicator is a measure that describes the important
features of a large system. Indicators shows "progress"
when social circumstances have really changed. Generally
social indicators perform one or more of three functions,
providing a basis for information for decision making,
monitoring and evaluating policies, and/or searching for a
common good and deciding how to reach it. Social indices
of development is a forms of evidence that help assessment of
present position and future directions.

3. The social indicators for each country including: size,
growth, and structure of population; determinants of
population growth force; education and illiteracy ; standard
of leaving, natural resources; income and poverty;
expenditure on food, housing, fuel and power, transport and
communication; and investment in medical care and
education, water and sanitation , healthcare and diseases,
employment opportunity, environment and sustainability .
