 Managing & supervising daily activities like Testing and dispatching of Energy meters to the
internal customers (the subzones located within the Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar city).
 Distribution of daily work to the respective person at Meter Management.
 Look after the complete flow of the meter management activities as a responsible officer.
 Overall planning, scheduling and management including coordination with materials
department & External vendors for timely delivery & pickup of materials.
 Inventory Management
 SAP system work :
 Preparing the purchase requisition of materials requires for Meter Management.
 Purchase requisitionforsupply of contractual manpower & complete the service entry
sheets for the consumed quantity daily basis.
 Creation, change & modifications of device in SAP.
 Verifying the Test results of meters uploaded in the system, to ensure the proper
working of meters on sites & assessment of Billing to the end customer.

in the defined time interval for the proper assessment of billing to the end Customer.
 Transferring the materials from storage to other storage location in SAP as demanded
by users via proper Gatepass.

formulatingthe entire codingstructure of the feedersinordertoarrive to a generic and
enterprise solution for reporting of the MIS and seamless integration of additional
feeders in the existing system.
 Phase – II; Close co-ordinationwithImplementation Partner and drafting of the SRS for
the generationof several MIS Reports as per Head office requirements. Integrated the
data up to the circle level on PSTN network
