This document provides an overview of the existing manual faculty recruitment system and proposes a new online recruitment system. The proposed online system would allow applicants to easily fill out and submit application forms online directly to the university database. It would save time and reduce the use of paper compared to the existing manual process. The document also outlines some of the key components and features of the proposed online recruitment system such as the user registration, login, application form, and administrator access.

4. PROBLEM STATEMENT OF
RECRUITMENT CELL
Applicant visits the site of organization. If he/she wants
to apply according to his/her qualification . for this , they will
need to register and then , will logged into . After login ,
they can fill the form for the respective post and then can
submit the form(filled).After submission of the form , they
are able to do payment and then , can take print for the
respective submitted form . After login , clerk verifies those
submitted forms by using uploaded qualification certificates
according to the respective post . If filled information is
correct then form is not rejected otherwise form is rejected .
Now , not rejected form is given to screening committee to
assign API marks as well as to take interview.
This screening committee gives assigned API marks list
to clerk.
Then clerk shortlist those applicants on
the basis of calculated API marks .After shortlisting , clerk
displays result of shortlisted applicants.
