When you build your own start-up you
have to be confident in your
interactions with others. Make people
believe in you and try not to sound
like you're questioning what you say.
Believe in your words, speak with a
calm tone and avoid being arrogant.

should be flexible, and a fixed
mindset won't help you. Listen and
try to understand the other.

As I mentioned before, listening is very
important. Do you really listen to
understand or just to replay? This skill is
essential because it will allow you to
know the opposites better.

Body language is non-verbal
communication and is very powerful.
Sometimes words mean nothing so
watch your posture, your mimics, and
gestures. Make eye contact with the
person you are talking to, stay relaxed
and speak with a firm ton voice.
6. 5. Clarity and concision
Doesn't matter if you communicate via
email, phone or in person, make sure your
message is clear and concise. Don't speak to
much, too loud, or too little and with a
lower tone. Talk directly, but keep in mind
to have a friendly tone.
7. 6. RESPECT
Show people, you are talking to respect.
Pick your words carefully. If you send them
an email, make sure to verify your
orthography. If you talk through phone, stay
focused don't be distracted by other things,
and if you talk in person be engaged in
conversation and make the other person
opinion's important.
8. 7.Feedback
Be able to receive and give feedback.
Ask for it and accept it. Also give
feedback to your listeners. In this way
they will know you trully listened.
