2. Program Brief Description:
* 15-20 participants.
* Workshops, one to two days each.
* Each session will be focused on a core management issue.
* Location for the sessions will be scheduled together with HR.
* The sessions will be tool-based, presenting practical proven
management tools along with action-learning exercises showing
how to use them.
* We will also visit Israeli companies in order to learn from their
management.
