- Warm welcome to all our delegates, speakers, partners, exhibitors, sponsors and staff.
- A few things before we get started: Fire alarm – if the fire alarm rings it is a real emergency. The alarm has two distinct sounds: The ALERT signal is a single pulsating tone, while the tone remains the same it is safe to remain where you are. The EVACUATE signal is a two tone warble. If this sounds we must leave this part of the building immediately and go to Assembly Point 1, the Poets Circle (the round theatre) in the piazza to await further instructions. Please note the location of your nearest fire exit. There is one at each corner of the Theatre and of the Foyer. Please do not attempt to use the lift or try to take your belongings with you during the evacuation. Stay calm and walk straight to your nearest exit. Toilets are located in the first floor foyer area Photos. A photographer will be taking photos throughout the day. If you don't want your photo taken please make yourself known at the registration desk. If you want to take photos and share these please ask people's permission beforehand. Back shots of people are ok to take without asking permission. Keynote and plenary recordings will be audio recorded including all Q&A sessions and these will be shared after the conference.
