Impact of W.P.(Crl) 137/2021-PIL and curse of sex abusers against petitioner.

Sub: Gang rape and murder of petitioner’s families by S.P.
Katihar and his team (W.P.(Crl.) 137/2021-PIL) -reg.
Sir/Madam,
1. That Petitioner waited whole day on 7.05.2022 in front of
S.P. Katihar’s office to take his family back.
2. That S.P katihar has made hostage his whole family, sister-in-
law and their children for his sexual gratification and sexual abuse.
3. That instead of handing over the families of petitioner, S.P.
Katihar once again has gang raped his all family members, sister in
law on 7th
May night at 22:59 PM at Sonaili village P.S. Kadwa
and murdered them.
4. That petitioner is an eyewitness of gang rape and murder of
his whole family by S.P. Katihar and his team. The moment,
petitioner alarmed DGP Bihar, IG Darbhanga, DIG Purnea from
the spot of incident Sonaili P.S. Kadwa at 23:05 to 23:11 through
SMS, the imported blue colour car of S.P Katihar and Manish Raj
son of Jharkhand Chief Minister ran away.
5. Police did not come for rescue in the night when the gang
rape was going on with sever cry and scream.
6. Petitioner has not been handed over his family by the police
therefore he could not perform the last rituals for her families.
7. Petitioner approached the cremation ground Police Station of
Adarsh Police Station, Manihari at Katihar district on 08.05.2022.
But police refused to take an application from petitioner.
8. The dead bodies were cremated without identification. No
Panchnama and postmortem report done to erase the material
evidence against gang rape and murder of petitioner’s whole
families, in laws and their children.

2. 9. However, petitioner has been shown his daughter alive by the
sex abusers on 08.05.2022 but not handed over her to the
petitioner.
10. Petitioner’s all 50 jobs and association with Vimla
Ramakrishnan, Saraswati Rao and Aijo Jacob at New Delhi are
suspicious. They belong to missionaries NGO and may have
played a foul play in ruining the petitioner’s family.
11. Hence, no protection was granted by Supreme Court of India
to the petitioner and violence took place to suppress the voice of
Whistle blower cum petitioner. He could not take his family back,
rehabilitate and save their life from the curse of sex abusers.
