CONSULTANT:
1. Meeting with the Art Director, Content Editor, Web Developer, Multimedia
Director, Brand Executive, Marketing Manager and Executive Director to
determine the scope of a project.
2. Advising on strategies to reach a particular audience per time on company web
site, social media platform and with marketing flyers & handbills, banners,
posters and annual company’s calendar.
3. Determining the message, the design should portray.
4. Creating imagesand designthatidentifycompany’sproduct or conveycompany’s
message.
5. Developing graphicsand visualimagesfor company’sproduct illustrations, logos
and websites.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
/SECRETARY:
1. I serve as the ProvincialSecretary. And by so doing the Minuteof the Provincial
Council Meeting must betyped and documented inrecord time and followed the
meeting to the Mission Headquarter and ensure the proper filing and
documentationofallProvincialdocuments, filesand minutesfor easyassessment
and security.
2. I daily and promptly response to all provincial Mails and correspondence. I
compile, print and send monthly reports to Mission Headquarter with the
approval of the Provincial Pastor.
3. I compile, print and send mission inspection report as maybe directed by the
Provincial Pastor. I attend to other stations on Provincial matter within the
Province as maybe directed by the Provincial Pastor etc.
4. I receive to Living Faith Church, Lagere E-mails, postal mails, correspondence
and administrative matters within the Station.
5. I assist the Assistant-Resident Pastor in handling Word of Faith Bible Institute
matters and type & print all service programmes, announcements and prayer
points for the approval of the Provincial Pastor.
6. I carry out any other responsibility that maybe assign to you by the Provincial
Pastor.

DIRECTOR:
1. I oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;

1. Edit motion picture soundtracks, film, and video.
2. Cut shot sequences to different angles at specific points in scenes, making each
individual cut as fluid and seamless as possible.
3. Study scripts to become familiar with production concepts and requirements.
4. Edit films and videotapesto insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, toarrange
films into sequences, and to correct errors, using editing equipment.
5. Select and combine the most effective shots of each scene in order to form a
logical and smoothly running story.
6. Mark frames where a particular shot or piece of sound is to begin or end.
7. Determinethe specific audioand visual effects and music necessary to complete
films.
8. Verify key numbers and time codes on materials.
9. Organize and string together raw footage into a continuous whole according to
scripts and/or the instructions of directors and producers.
10. Review assembled films or edited videotapes on screens or monitors in
order to determine if corrections are necessary.
11. Program computerized graphic effectsand review footagesequence by sequence
in order to become familiar with it before assembling it into a final product.
12.Setup and operate computer editing systems, electronic titling systems, video
switching equipment, and digital video effects units in order to produce a final
product.
13.Record needed sounds, or obtain them from sound effects libraries.
14.Confer with producers and directors concerning layout or editing approaches
needed to increase dramatic or entertainment value of productions.
15.Manipulateplot, score, sound, and graphicsto makethe partsinto a continuous
whole, working closely with people in audio, visual, music, opticaland/or special
effects departments.

Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and testing computer
