The Webinar is about the Revenue Management changes in
relation with the new generation. Then, it presents ReviewPro, a
tool to give Revenue Management ideas for hoteliers, like the
Guest Intelligence.
Revenue Management & E-Reputation
A good revenue is definitely made by a good reputation, and
nowadays, mainly a very good e-reputation:
Stastically, 1 more point on a Hotel Review Index means:
- + 0,89% in ADR
- + 0,54% occupancy
- + 1,42% in RevPar
Revenue Management changes
Digital Marketing is now a key to maintain profitability. It allows
guest to book directly, through digital way.
The principle of revenue management is to adapt the good price
at the good moment for the good customer.
Today, it is focused on managing & maximizing deman because
of metasearch evolution. But in the future, Revenue
Management will evolve as it will create the demand thank to
these adding channels
There is a new formula to measure rentability, it is called the
ProPAR formula (Profit per Available Room.)
ReviewPro
ReviewPro provides solutions for hoteliers to obtain a clear
understanding of e-reputation, theirs strengths & weaknesses.
Also, it gives detailed data about guest satisfaction, ranking on
OTAs & review sites and revenues.
It is a good tool for small hoteliers who do not have a Revenue
Management department to improve themselves, and so their
revenues.
Conclusion
To conclude, we can say that a good e-reputation and a good
Revenue management will permit to benefit all the channels of
the hotel, and so increase its revenues.

The principle of revenue management is to adapt the good price at the good moment for the good customer. Today, it is focused on managing & maximizing deman because of metasearch evolution. But in the future, Revenue Management will evolve as it will create the demand thank to these adding channels There is a new formula to measure rentability, it is called the ProPAR formula (Profit per Available Room.)
