B:good morning
A: how are you doing?
B: I am doing fine. Thank you.
A: how was the traffic coming over here?
B: I’m so glad that the traffic was light this morning. No traffic jam and no
accidents.
A: that’s good. Now let’s start the interview. Are you ready?
B: Yes, I am
A: please tell me a little about your educational background.
B: I was a student at West Coastuniversity, and I graduated 2 year ago with a
Bachelo degree in Finance.
A: how was your experience there?
B: It was a very good experience for me. I learned a lot. It was challenging and
rewarding.
A: how does your education translate into the position you are applying for?
B: my education has taught me how to work hard and how to succeed. It taught me
the basic of accounting and finance.
A: what special skills do you have for this job?
B: I’m good at computer especially word and excel, as a financial consultant for
ABC company for 3 years, I think I am well- aquainted with accouting, taxes and
so on. And I also speak English fluently.
A: why should we hire you?
B: I have the experience and superior communication.
A: what is your strength?

2. B: I have an extremly strong work ethic. When I work on a project, I dont want just
to meet deadlines. Rather, i prefer to complete the project well a head of schedule.
Last year, I even earned e bonus for completing my....... most recent report one
week a head of time.
A: and what is your greatest weakness?
B: I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I.........to perhaps spend a little too
much time checking it. However, I ‘ve come to a good balance by stepping....a
system to ensure everything is done correctly.....first time.
A: can you give me an example of your ability to complete the project a head of
schedule?
B:...
A: why are you leaving your job?
B: i’m looking for a bigger challenge to grow my career and couldnt job hunt part
time while working, I was laid-off from my last position when our bank was
eliminated due to corporate restructuring according to the restrcuturing project of
the goverment.
A: and what is the reason why you apply for this job?
B: this job is a good fit for what I’ve been interested in throughtout my career. It
offers a nice mixes of short time and long time activities. My short-term
adchivement keep me.....up and te long term accomplishment make me feel like a
billion bucks
