Thank you for revolutionizing my business and changing my life! Six months ago I was struggling with my business
plan. I found myself agonizing that I had somehow migrated from a relationship-based business to a lead

To all interested agents:
Many of us are looking for a way to stand out in our respective marketplaces and are
searching for ways to expose our business that have not been done OVER and OVER
again. I also believe that we would like ways to touch our community that have a little
more shelf-life than a “Just Listed” or “Just Sold” post card.
Parkbench.com offered a solution to both of those issues for me.
As with many other things in life, the site and system require some work and input from
the sponsoring agents to get the maximum benefit. The local merchant interviews are
absolutely essential in the success of your site. For those of us who may need help getting
started with the process, Parkbench provides scripts and guidance to lead you through it.
Once you have a few of them in the bag, they become second nature. The tangent benefit
to meeting with your local merchants is that you now have a face-to-face interaction with
the other business owners in your area and you may become their de facto Realtor of
reference when they are asked about Real Estate.
I have multiple sites that I have renewed, so I am definitely putting my money where my

I joined Parkbench.com back in October because I was looking for a marketing campaign for my
business. I had looked into Realtor.com, Zillow, Home and House Search, etc. All the typical platforms
that are out there for Realtors. I have been in the business for over 17 years now and have not found
any program that fit what I was looking for, until I found Parkbench.com. I loved that it was going
business to business and building relationships with the business owners and coming from a place of
wanting to help them grow their business at no cost to them by promoting them to the community

with other agents. Now I have control over what I do and who I am meeting. I can do as little or as
much as I want for my business.
The customer support has been unlike any company I have ever worked with. Most companies you
never hear from again, Parkbench.com become partners with you. They want you to be successful.
They make sure you know how to take advantage of the Parkbench.com platform before you go out
with great training directly with the CEO. Then they assign you a support staff to reach out to when
you need help. They have ongoing live weekly webinars to help you to continue to be successful and
learn different ways to grow your Parkbench.com business. Their support team is on top of everything
and respond in a timely manner to any need that I may have big or small. I am so impressed with their
customer service. I have never invested in a company that does what they do to ensure their client is
successful. And they are constantly trying to improve what they offer.
I feel Parkbench.com is a great match for Keller Williams because they run their company with
integrity. They seem to fit the Keller Williams belief system of WI4C2TS. Keller Williams should feel

My name is Cheryl Anton and I have been a realtor at Keller Williams in Doylestown, Pennsylvania
since October, 2012.
During a BOLD session this past November, I was contacted by Julian Dipeppe, a representative of
Parkbench.com. He explained the concept of sponsoring a local neighborhood website, aimed at
supporting local businesses, while developing a networking community through giving something
of value (a neighborhood website) to the people of Doylestown. Not only will local businesses get a
free platform to promote their business, they will have their “story” featured on the site. My job
would be to interview these local business owners, community leaders, organizations, individuals,
etc. and feature them on Parkbench. Once their “blog” is posted, they will be notified by Parkbench
about creating their own webpage on the site. There they would have the opportunity to promote
their business, advertise any specials, and publicize events they are organizing or attending. This
concept really struck a chord in me and excited me to the point that I jumped in head first and
committed. My rationale was that one referral, which led to one settlement, would pay for the
annual fee, which would never increase as long as I kept the site. I felt this was a “no-brainer.”
I was contacted immediately by support staff and sent tutorials to help me get started in this new
venture. My first interview with Pat, owner of the Bagel Barrel was so informative and fun, it made
me even more motivated to learn about my community and its business owners, and to get this
website out to the community.
My account manager, Ferriyal is always available to discuss whatever I need and I’ve been very
pleased with the entire support staff and CEO, who has regular webinars to keep us on track and
motivated. The technology is great, easy to use and constantly evolving and improving.
This platform is totally in line with my beliefs as well as KW’s belief system. It’s a win-win for
everyone involved. I’m really excited to launch this incredible website and to make it a household
name to the community of Doylestown.

I wanted to share my experience with Parkbench.com to other KW agents around the country.
When we looked at Parkbench.com we immediately noticed a great lead source from an untapped pool, i.e.,
local business owners, local government and neighbors. It is much easier to get a face2face appointment to
build a relationship when we are exchanging value and Parkbench.com brings, events, information, local news,
business profiles and a weekly newsletter to all subscribers that local business love.
We signed up for Parkbench.com because of the hyper local approach and again a new bucket for real estate
lead generation.

During a BOLD session this past November, I was contacted by Julian Dipeppe, a representative of Parkbench.com. He explained the concept of sponsoring a local neighborhood website, aimed at supporting local businesses, while developing a networking community through giving something of value (a neighborhood website) to the people of Doylestown. Not only will local businesses get a free platform to promote their business, they will have their “story” featured on the site. My job would be to interview these local business owners, community leaders, organizations, individuals, etc. and feature them on Parkbench. Once their “blog” is posted, they will be notified by Parkbench about creating their own webpage on the site. There they would have the opportunity to promote their business, advertise any specials, and publicize events they are organizing or attending. This concept really struck a chord in me and excited me to the point that I jumped in head first and committed. My rationale was that one referral, which led to one settlement, would pay for the annual fee, which would never increase as long as I kept the site. I felt this was a “no-brainer.” I was contacted immediately by support staff and sent tutorials to help me get started in this new venture. My first interview with Pat, owner of the Bagel Barrel was so informative and fun, it made me even more motivated to learn about my community and its business owners, and to get this website out to the community. My account manager, Ferriyal is always available to discuss whatever I need and I’ve been very pleased with the entire support staff and CEO, who has regular webinars to keep us on track and motivated. The technology is great, easy to use and constantly evolving and improving. This platform is totally in line with my beliefs as well as KW’s belief system. It’s a win-win for everyone involved.
