He has been a licensed REALTOR®
since 1999 and opened his own
company, Wyant Realty Interna-
tional, in 2001 specializing in intra-
coastal and oceanfront luxury
properties. He has bought, sold
and leased property internation-
ally, has lived in Paris and London,
and worked in more than 35 coun-
tries spanning Europe, the Middle
East, Africa and the Asia/Pacific area. He was named 2006
Realtor® of the Year by the Daytona Beach Area Association
of Realtors®. David was elected 2009 District Vice President
for the Florida REALTORS® and current Chairman of the
Global Business Networking Forum. He serves on NAR’s CIPS
Advisory Committee and the Global Business and Alliance
Committee. As a member of NAR’s International Faculty, he
teaches NAR’s designation and certification courses around
the world. He is also listed on the NAR International
Speaker’s Cadre.
