1. Check Wired Connection whether it’s disabled or not. If it’s
disable’s status just setup to connect.
START Connect to Show all connections
If connection is disable status, Right click on Local Area
Connection to active. If the problem still remain, refer to step 2

2. Check LAN internet (TCP/IP) address IP should be 172.29.127.111
Right click on Local Area connection and choose Properties
Click Internet Protocol and choose Propeties

to diagnose, now we set LAN connection as disable and re-active
again.
Please refer to the pictures and enter IP address Use the

Trouble shooting – WIS can’t work properly
Click on the SDnetControl Icon in the System tray
Select No connection and click OK
You have successfully change to ” No connection”,WIS , you can
check Workshop Information System during diagnosing.
When you change to LAN internet connection ( TCP/IP) address will be
changed, so you should re-setup LAN network connection IP Address.
