4. INTRODUCTION
Augmented reality apps are written in special 3D programs
that allow the developer to tie animation or contextual digital
information in the computer program to an augmented
reality “Marker” in the real world. Augmented reality is the
new kind of interactive technology that give us new interact
in direct view.
5. BACKGROUND PROJECT
Mosquito AR or Qto AR project was developed to help the community to
identify the types of mosquitoes in a way that is more interative
compared to the existing manual method. The application that was
developed by the latest technology which is the augmented reality

6. PROBLEM STATEMENT
Society do not aware on types of mosquitoes and diseases that its carry.
Nowdays, the types of existed resources for this information is
brochures,pamplet,television advertisement and information from the
clinics.
There is not widely use that give information and identify on the types of
mosquitoes and the diseases that they carry. Moreover, the pamplets and
brochures provided to the society is not interesting and people cannot
interact with it.
This leads to lack of knowledge among society on the types of
mosquitoes and the diseases that they carry.
7. OBJECTIVE
The objectives of the (Qto AR) using AR technology are:

2. To design and develop 3D modelling by using Unity 3D software and also
the slide software which is Maya 3D, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe
Illustrator.

8. SCOPE
The scope of this application is divided into two (2) which are user and
application.

- Indentify and display mosquito in Android application
- Display information of mosquito by using augmented reality
9. LIMITATION OF WORK
1. The user can use this interactive flashcard using mobile phone only.
2. This interactive flashcard is build only for android version.
3. This interactive flashcard is developed exclusively for information a
mosquitoes only

5.The limitation of this application only 6 years old and above
10. EXPECTED RESULT
The user will be able to improve and gain their knowledge about
mosquito by using Augmented Reality technology.
