of run in playground. It
is the control to
measure the
resistance. The minim
is 24 times a run the
gym.
- 4. Stronger exercise
consist of the
abdominals in the
gym. To past we
doing 40
abdominals .
- 5. Flexibility exercise consist of the sapo in the
gym. Sapo is opening the legs and touching
the floor also do the wheel.
- 6. In the second trimester we do dance in the gym,
hip hop, funky…
- 7. In the second trimester we do small league in
the gym .
