The Choreography
Two importantcriteriahave beenfollowed:accessibilityanddiversity.All typesof public(e.g.disabled,ona
wheelchair, etc.) should be able to participate and enjoy the movements.
FlashMOVE videos
The choreography is divided in 5 steps: Intro, first step, secondstep, the third step and Outro. Each step is
divided in7 parts,exceptforthe introand Outro.These 7 parts, alterningfree style andcompulsorymoves,
are the same throughout the choreography.
We have prepared 5 videos for you:
 FalshMOVE 2015 full version
 FlashMOVE2015 short version(easytoshare) - Please note that the thirdstepwas cut in the video
in orderto make it shorter(itlasts 3:40 insteadof 6 minutes).Please justnote thatthe thirdstep is
not beginningbythe “Part 2” but by a free choreography.The slow motionin the first step was cut
as well: it´s free slow movements which can be performed according to the inspiration of each.
Finally,the part7of the secondstepwasmergedwiththe part7of the outroinordertohave a good
transition because of the lack of the In the short version, the introduction corresponds to the free

FSGT isapprovedbythe Ministryof Youth,SportsandAssociativeLife(MJSVA).It isamemberof theNational

Union Sportive de l’Enseignement de Premier Degré (USEP)
The Sports Union of Education First Degree (USEP),school sports federation, was born in 1939 in the Ligue
de l’Enseignement. Itisa sports movement:organizationof activitiesandsporting eventsof publicschools,
an associative movementandalsoaneducational movement:assistintrainingandin the workof teachers,
facilitators, educational teams, trainers working in school and extra-curricular frameworks.

The Union Française des Oeuvres Laïques d'Education Physique was created in 1928 within the Ligue de
l’Enseignement, popular education movement, to meet the expectations of some of its members.
