facilitate
user
research
and
testing
through
questionnaires,
remote
tests,
on
and
off
site
moderated
tests
● Create
and
iterate
high
and
low
fidelity
prototypes
for
user
testing
and
ideation
● Work
within
the
UX
team
to
identify
and
document
UX
patterns,
best
practices,
and
guidelines
● Effectively
communicate
research
findings,
conceptual
ideas
and
detailed
design
rationale
both
verbally
and
visually
to
stakeholders
and
team
members
● Create
user
experiences
that
work
responsively
across
viewport
sizes
and
can
translate
to
native
mobile
applications
Qualifications
● BA/BS
in
Interaction
Design,
HCI,
Graphic
Design
or
other
related
field
● 5+
years
of
professional
experience
● Mobile
first
focused
approach
● Responsive
web
design
execution
experience
● Demonstrated
experience
creating
wireframes,
designing
user
interfaces
and
navigation
for
complex
web
applications
and
websites
● Expert
knowledge
of
design
software
and
some
familiarity
with
HTML/CSS/JS
(you
won’t
be
committing
code,
but
an
understanding
of
web
technology
is
important)
● Comfortable
with
ambiguity,
change
and
rapid
iterations
