2. INTRODUCTION
The Human Behavior in Organization – is the study of both group and individual
performance and activity within an organization. This area of study examines human
behavior in a work environment and determines its impact on job structure,
performance, communication, motivation, leadership, etc.
Human – Someone or something that is related to or associated with people or
humanity.
Behavior – is the way of a person or thing acts or reacts.
Organization – means refer to group or business, or to the act of forming or establishing
something. It can also refer to a structure for classifying things or to a system of
arrangement or order

structural process of decision making as follows;

stakeholders. In addition, there can be dozens
of factors involved and affected a problem of

ALTERNATIVES
In this step the baseline criteria for judging the
alternatives should be set up. When it comes to defining
the criteria, organizational goals as well as the corporate
culture should be taken into consideration

In this step brainstorming to list down
all the ideas is the best option, before
the idea generation step. It is vital to
understand the causes of the problem
and prioritization of causes.
12. SELECT THE BEST ALTERNATIVES
Once you go through from step 1 and step 5 this
step is easy. In addition, the selection of the best
alternative is an informed decision since you have
already followed a methodology to derive and
select the best alternative
13. EXECUTE THE DECISIONS
Convert you decision into a plan or a
sequence of activities. Execute your
plan by yourself or with the help of
subordinates
14. EVALUATE THE RESULTS
Evaluate the outcome of your decision.
