Romantic Genre
I enjoyed it because the genre always ends with a man
meeting a women and falling in love. It has a happy
ending and people like me like watching happy ending
films because it shows that all problems can be
resolved. This genre usually links into real life stories
and allows the audience to escape into other peoples
relationship problems.
I think it is a good idea to do this for our production,
because you do not need many characters and the
storyline can be simple but effective.
An example of short films that I had really enjoyed was
signs because they used no dialogue to portray their
feelings and table 7 because it had a unique storyline
and looked into a weird subject.

Horror genre
I chose horror as the genre for a short film as it is not
picked often and for the fascination and detail it can
bring. It requires a lot of imagination and props to use
which can be quite interesting to do. The horror genre
always has a exciting plot to it which makes the
audience live in suspense and want to carry on
watching the movie no matter how scary or bloody it is.
Yeah I should, because its fun to create and it’s a genre
most people enjoy to watch. However, it is difficult
because it requires a lot of costume and editing and we
do not have the money or professionalism to do this.

Action shorts
I enjoy watching action shorts as it is a really
good way in which the audience can engage
with the film in a short period of time and this
makes it exciting.
I believe action films are a good idea to put
into production as it is fairly simple to create
various ideas.
There are many short films that made me
choose this genre ‘action’ such as: The tea
master, The come up, Mac n cheese
i really like the film mac n cheese as it
consisted of many adult like features which i
can relate to.

like comedy because it entertaining
and every age group can enjoy
watching it , doesn't have a specific
target audience.
i believe it would be a good idea for
