1. Water Based
Fireproof offers a range of Water Based Protection System like: - Sprinkler, Hydrant,
Protection system, kitchen hood system, high and medium velocity mist system and tank
foam system to suit individual fire protection needs.
2. Gas Based
In addition of fire detection and alarm system organization that have a dedicated server
/ rack room should have minimum gas suppression system. The different types of gas
suppression system available are CO2, NAF, FM 200 and interring.

WATER BASED
HYDRANT SYSTEM
A well designed and a well laid out Hydrant system forms the backbone of the entire
firefighting system.
Hydrant Fire Protection System is designed to fight fire of huge proportions, in all
classes of risk. It is designed to be in operation even if a part of the affected structure
collapses. This system consists of yard hydrant piping systems, internal hydrant piping,
hose reel drums, hose cabinets, internal and external hydrant valves and set of pumps.
Target Industry segment Commercial Buildings, Industries, Power Planets, Refineries,
Residential Apartment, Theatres, and Telephone Exchanges.
System Description:
The Hydrant system typically comprises of the fire water sources, pumps (diesel,
electrical), control panel, system piping, control valve and hydrant valve with
accessories standards & compliance NBC, NFPA, IS FM and locates fire authorities.

GAS BASED
FM 200 CO2 FLOODING SYSTEMS.
The FM 200 agent is one of most effective fire suppressants available for stopping fire
before they cause any damage. The FM 200 agent is safe for environment, people and
property and has an unblemished record of safety in use. Fire suppression systems
employing FM 200 agent are ideal for most fire protection applications that involve high
value assets and mission critical facilities. FM 200 gas storage cylinders consume less
space compared to other extinguishing agents like inter green. FM 200 system requires
10 seconds or less for release of gas, thus stopping ordinary combustible, electrical and
flammable liquid fires before they can cause any significant damage. Fire extinguished
quickly, means less damage, less repair coast, less downtime and disruption of business.

Facilities System Description. The chemical content of the FM 200 agent is Heptads Flour
propane.
FM 200 system is operated by intelligent / conventional fire detection and alarm systems
designed especially for fire extinguish ant agents. During fire, heat is generated though
the release of chemical energy in order for combustion to self-propagate. FM 200
molecules rapidly absorb heat from within the chemical reaction so that the temperature
falls below the critical point and the fire is extinguished. The FM 200 gas is stored in re-
usable containers. Every container comes with a high rate discharge valve with integral
pressure gauge.
The intelligent /conventional detectors sense the fire and send signal to the
extinguishing panel which in turn initiates discharge of gas through the electrically

3. AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
Sprinkler system provides the best form of protection, as it is designed to both detect and
extinguish fire, the important aspect of this system is that it directly attacks the seat of
the fire avoiding unnecessary floor wettings. With this system in place chances of fire
spreading to other areas is also eliminated.
TargetIndustry Segment:
All kinds of Building, Parking areas etc. system description. The Sprinkler System
typically comprises of Fire Water Source, Diesel and Electrical Pumps Control Panel,
Sprinkler Bulb, System Piping, Control Valves and Annunciater Panel.
The sprinkler system is maintained under a stipulated pressure and the sprinkler bulbs
are rated to fuse at a set temperature. In case of fire, the rise in temperature of the liquid
inside the bulb cause it to fuse and release a fine jet of water over the seat thus
extinguishing it the bursting of the bulbs and water spraying action causes the line
pressure to drop, which in turn triggers the fire pumps into operation, thereby,
supplying the required quantity of water into the system. The coverage area of the
sprinkler bulb is designed as per the hazard category of the specified in NFPA and
regulation provided by Indian National Building Coed of India
Standards & Compliance NBC, NFPA, FM, TAC and Local Fire Authorities, Alliances &
Partners. All materials required for this system are available indigenously.

3. FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
ConventionalSystem
Conventional Fire Alarm System provides the earliest practicable fire detection and
warning this System consist of smoke or heat detectors at designated locations. To detect
smoke or heat at the earliest during any outbreak of fire.
IntelligentAddressable System
Intelligent Addressable System offer benefits in terms of speed and detection,
identification of the location of fire and easier maintenance. Intelligent systems also offer
tolerance to faults in the system wiring which allows a Single pair of wires to be used to
connect up to 200 devices to the system, allowing cost saving in the wiring of large
systems.
Security Alarm System
Here we are providing round the clock security for any kind premises. Without being
worried about human being mistakes, premises will be protected with the help of
sensors, siren control panel, auto dialer etc. in case of any signal dialer will give you the
message of incident, and additionally CMS facility will provide you extra back and
response of incident.

4. SMOKE DETECTOR SYSTEM
Orbits operate on the well-established light scatter principle. The remarkable optical
design of the Orbits optical smoke detector allows it to respond to abide spectrum of
fires. The sensing chamber of the orbits optical smoke detector contains an optical sensor
which measures back-scattered light as well as the move usual forward scattered light.
Sensitivity to back smoke is greatly improved. The detector is calibrated so that orbits is
highly reliable in detecting fires but is much less likely to generate false alarms then
ionization smoke detectors.
The stability of the detector high reliability, low false alarm rate is further increased by
the use of algorithms to decide when the detector should change to the alarm state. This

smoking materials or from another non-fire source.

SAFETY PROCEDURES
Safety Site:-
All employees use safety helmets while working on site.
Welding is done only after ensuring that no inflammable material is lying nearby
and fire extinguishers are available.
Material is lifted with the help of proper chain pulley blocks and proper chain
thickness is also checked for lifting the weight.
During welding proper sunglass is used for the safety of eyes and gloves are used
for hands.
For avoiding major miss-happening piping is segmented in to different sections
and each section is tested hydraulically separately.
For underground piping welding joints are inspected through D.P. tests and
wherever required X-ray testing of joints is also done.
