This document outlines a plan to utilize India's Panchayati Raj structure to combat the spread of coronavirus at the village, block, and district levels. It proposes establishing three task forces: Task Force A would identify infected individuals, send them for treatment, quarantine contacts, and seal affected areas. Task Force B would monitor Task Force A's work and provide support. Task Force C would develop broad plans, set up the task forces, and escalate issues to higher administrative levels if needed. Information would flow up from village to state levels to facilitate coordinated response efforts.

3. Task Force A – Team is responsible for working on 5S - Source, Send, Separate, Seal, Support (Working Team on Ground Level)
 Source Meaning – Identification of Individuals having Symptoms of Corona Virus.
 Send Meaning – Send the Infected Person to the Nearest Identified Hospitals
 Separate Meaning – Self Quarantine People having contact history with Corona Infected People
 Seal Meaning – Seal the area till Identification of all the individual completed
 Support Meaning – Support Area with this Virus Knowledge

4. Task Force B – Team is responsible for Monitoring and Control. (Support to Task Force A)
 Input from Task Force A will presented to Administrative Heads of all the 3 Pillars by Task Force B
 Task Force B will regularly check smooth team work at Task Force A. If team requires support, Task Force B must pitch
in and become Task Force A & vice versa. (Back Up plan in Pocket)
 Any decision with least impact can be taken by this Task Force A & Task Force B.

5. Task Force C – Team is responsible for Make Plan, Set Up Task Force A & B and Creating Approach to Fight Corona Virus
 Broad Level Plan Preparation, Input from Administrative Heads of all the 3 Pillars for upgrading their Plan
 Back up Task Force Creation and preparedness of Resources to keep Task Force Working.
 Escalation to State / Centre Administrative Heads, in case of no response from seniors
 Any decision of Medium impact can be taken by Task Force C.
