1. Process all training registrations in a timely manner in order to fill classes and meet
utilization rates.
Ensure that all email inquiries regarding learning paths, pricing, certification and the
schedule are handled according to process guideline
Communicate with the Regional Administrators and TTC's to facilitate quality training and
ensure that all issues are immediately escalated to Management for a speedy resolution
Closing all classes in 2 weeks after delivery
Sending out e-certificates for all delegates once classes have been delivered
Sending out Class Rosters to instructors for classes around the globe
Assisting sales team by creating classes and Deep links for the Boot camps conducted by
them
Creating shipment in SABA for the Video Instructor Led Trainings sold to internal/external
customers and partners
Giving credits for the trainings to the students Internal/external manually in the system
(SABA v5.5)
Merging PLL accounts of Internal/external customers.
Activating the training units in the system for customers and partners (SABA)
Carry out Audit work for three processes every week.
