 Process all training registrations in a timely manner in order to fill classes and meet
utilization rates.
 Ensure that all email inquiries regarding learning paths, pricing, certification and the
schedule are handled according to process guideline
 Communicate with the Regional Administrators and TTC's to facilitate quality training and
ensure that all issues are immediately escalated to Management for a speedy resolution
 Closing all classes in 2 weeks after delivery
 Sending out e-certificates for all delegates once classes have been delivered
 Sending out Class Rosters to instructors for classes around the globe
 Assisting sales team by creating classes and Deep links for the Boot camps conducted by
them
 Creating shipment in SABA for the Video Instructor Led Trainings sold to internal/external
customers and partners
 Giving credits for the trainings to the students Internal/external manually in the system
(SABA v5.5)
 Merging PLL accounts of Internal/external customers.
 Activating the training units in the system for customers and partners (SABA)
 Carry out Audit work for three processes every week.
