1. Lean Supply Chain Professional Certificate
The Lean Supply Chain Professional Certificate is a results-based certificate program designed to
focus on problem identification and problem solving at the root cause. The certificate program is
taught to be easily understandable and immediately applicable, by educators who are also supply
chain leaders. During the duration of the certificate program, which includes three courses,
participants will complete two take-home lean projects that focus on applying lessons learned
during the course. At the start of the next course in the series, participants are required to report
their project findings. Upon completion of the certificate, participants will be able to develop,
lead, and implement strategic and tactical elements of lean principles in the supply chain.
