1. According to the article, why do most CEO’s leave their jobs? Why do you think
this is the case?

2. Do you think that the reason “to spend more time with family” is reasonable and
accepted for leaving a CEO position in the business world? Why/why not? Do you
think it should be accepted?

3. Who is Mr. Yost? Why did he say he wanted to quit, and how many years was he
a CEO? What was his performance like during his time as CEO? Does he think he
