TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
I met Mr Niek van Harderwijk in July 2016 when he came to Woodhill College to teach as a
substitute teacher and I, the undersigned, have been his Academic Manager for
Mathematics from July 2016 until December 2016.
His duties within the Mathematics department were to teach Mathematics to grades 7, 8
and 9, as well as Mathematical Literacy to grade 10. Although he is not qualified as a
teacher, he has experience in private tutoring to senior learners , he has the ability to
manage a classroom situation with junior learners very well. I only received positive
feedback about his teaching from parents and staff. Mr van Harderwijk adjusted well within
the school environment and was always willing and able to do extra duties, if so required.
He is a charming, caring and mature young gentleman who has the ability and commitment
to excel in all spheres in life. His dedication to his pupils and his loyalty to Woodhill College
is commendable. It was a pleasure to get to know him and to work with him. I wish him
every success and happiness in the career of his choice.
