The Linkages to Learning Program provides accessible services to at-risk children
and their families to improve adjustment to and performance in school, home, and
community. Prevention and early intervention services include health, mental health,
social services and educational support to improve the well-being of children and their
families through a collaborative delivery of school-based services that address the
social, economic, health, and emotional issues that interfere with the academic success
of a child.
As Site Coordinator/Case Manager, I managed the daily operations of two Linkages to
Learning public school sites. Served as liaison to school staff and community partners.
Planned all aspects of youth and adult programs, workshops, and community events.
Managed site budget, coordinated donations, and recruited, trained, and supervised
volunteers. Provided case management services to adult clients. Co-led social skills
groups with adolescents. Served as the Lead Site Coordinator for seven Linkages to
Learning program sites. Provided orientation, training, and ongoing support for other
Site Coordinators and Case Managers.
