2. I. OBJECTIVES
This communication plan aims to:
1) guide the key communicators of the limited face-to-face classes in developing and crafting messages and interventions to the concerned stakeholders and;
2) provide documentation and media management protocols; and
3) establish field coordination and crisis management protocol for possible scenarios of the continuation of the limited face-to-face classes.
II. STAKEHOLDER MAPPING
As long as the threat of COVID-19 exists, educational stakeholders face daunting challenges in the reintroduction of physical classes. Communication will play a big role
in establishing interventions to identify issues that may hamper the implementation of the limited face-to-face classes and its eventual expansion.
