Follow the delivery status of customers’ original documents: facility letters, requests for
borrowing, basic agreements…, organize and store those documents for reference.
Monthly submit reports on statuses (overdue, expired, renewed, closed, amounts) of credit
lines, loan balances, facility letters, collaterals, covenants and other supporting documents
