I’m a highly motivated, organized and detailed Electrician with excellent knowledge of
electrical system's(+20 years).I have a positive attitude, effective in multi-tasking, ability to
train other staff, very dependable and able to work independently, with high level of safety
awareness and excellent ability in building team work.
I have 13 years of experience working for/with the US military, 5 years on LOGCAP III and 8
years on the Logcap IV mission employed in various Electrical positions such as Journeyman
Electrician, Construction Inspector for Electrical installations and systems, SME for Electrical
dept in Iraq and 8 years in support to US Military in Balkans peacekeeping mission as
Electrician Foreman and Site Coordinator at camps; “COMANCHE BASE”, “ODEN” and
NATO Eagle Base Tuzla.
Some of my responsibility included;
Construction work on Electrical systems including: High Voltage systems, Low Voltage
equipments (LV distribution panels, switches and all Low Voltage in Temporary and Hard
Stand buildings).
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of electrical
installations and devices, including: power systems, electrical equipment, communication
systems, motors, fire system devices, building controls, electrical wiring, receptacles, switch
boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, kitchen equipment, water heaters,
water pumps, lift station, electrical panels, disconnecting and connecting backup generators,
performing electrical inspections and repairs as necessary…
Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in general electrical
maintenance. Determine material, supplies and equipment to be used.
Carry out emergency, planned and preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
Assist Safety Department in issuing excavation permits.
From 2003 until 2006 I was working as Site Coordinator in NATO Eagle Base Tuzla.
My responsibility at the time included;
Responsibility for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to
provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.
Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions
of the project.
Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and
warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.
Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are
met and communicated to management.
Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance. Coordinates
with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in
regard to logistical functions performed under contract.
Provided Safety training to all working crews on Airfield and ensured that all safety practices
are enforced.
From Jan 2007 until Aug 2007 I worked as Electrician for KBR-SEII LOGCAP III in Balad
Air Base, after 9 months been promoted to Construction Inspector for Electrician installations
and systems.
2. As the Construction Inspector at Balad Airfield Base Iraq, some of responsibilities included;
Designed additions and modifications to electrical systems, developed required lists of
materials and labor resources to construct the projects, and completed project documentation
to accomplish Project Planning Estimates for facilities across the camp.
Able to operate independently on any or every task assigned..
Able to identify conformance and non-conformance to known standards, using various
building criteria and codes.
Identified problems, performed functional analysis of electric problems and determined time
of action to resolve problem areas.
Assistance to power generation department with, transferring power, reconnecting generators.
I was able to assist to project base wide on grounding and bounding all facilities and also
show my knowledge on electrical system with Task Force safe Inspections. I have excellent
knowledge of NEC and British Standard 7671.
From Sept 2010 until Nov 2011 I was working as a Journeyman Electrician Lead. I was
responsible for all of the following;
Reviewed all Service Order Requests, Facility and Distribution Inspection Checklists paper
work to make sure all has been done right.
Preformed to do Technical inspections (TI), Facility maintenance inspection (FMI),
Distribution system inspections (DSI) and all Grounding and Bonding activities.
Construction work on most electrical systems including: High Voltage systems, Low Voltage
equipments (LW distribution panels, switches and all Low Voltage in the sea-huts and other
buildings).

I’m a Certified Journeyman Electrician. I have attended many safety trainings provided by my
previous employer (KBR) and I have a high awareness of safety. I’m a very adjustable person
that has experience of working long hours, in a war zone, under stress and able to adjust to
any weather condition and living accommodation.
