This letter serves to confirm that Nenad Vukic was engaged by our project at the NIS Oil Refinery in
Pancevo, Serbia, from June 2012 to November 2012 in the capaiity of insirument Technician
Dulng this time Nena_d has_wo_rked in loop checking of field devices from - to Distributed Control System
(YOKOGAWA DCS SYSTEMS), working with plant resource management (PRM), toop simutation for
conventional instruments, HART type instrument and PROFIBUS instruments, as weil as parameter
configuration for various instrumentation (field measurement devices, control valves, ESD valves and
etc.), conducted functional test of plant process instrumentation and control devices. project has over
4000loops, which have been checked successfully.
During his assignment he showed the drive, quality and safety consciousness we have come to expect
from him. He has, while on site, earned the respect of subcontractors and colleagues as well as the
client and he leaves after the successful completion of his part of the project. We wo-uld recommend him
to anyone for pre-commissioning, commissioning or maintenance activities as lnstrument technician.
The NIS Refinery Project in Serbia is a Euro 400 MM refinery modernization and Hydrocracker project.
The. engineering, procurement and construction management was executed by CB&l

Engineering and Construction from our Czech office in Brno. lt peaked at around 1700 people, spending
some 5.5 MM Manhours. 29 construction contractors are engaged in the construction pnase anl
completion is planned for the second halt of 2012.
