Superintendent MPS Casthouse (Sept., 1999 – Oct., 2002)
- Accountable for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Metal
Products and Services Department to ensure safety, quality, quantity, on-time
delivery of finished products and enhance the profitability of the Company.
- Responsible for supervision of 14 supervisors and 135+/- union employees.
- Designed and installed new material handling system to remove production bottleneck
resulting in 15%+ increase in casthouse production capacity with a 6 month payback

2. Casthouse Process Engineer (March, 1996 – August, 1999)
- Provide engineering assistance in production line troubleshooting & process
improvement projects.

- Wonderware design engineer for complete Data Acquisition system for shop
floor.
- Developed plant wide electronic system for SOP’s (Standard Operating Practices)

- Responsible for plant tooling. Responsibilities include supervision of tool
room employees, tooling design projects, and installation of MP2 maintenance
inventory software designed to monitor tooling usage, stock levels, and cost areas.
