- Accountable for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Metal
Products and Services Department to ensure safety, quality, quantity, on-time
delivery of finished products and enhance the profitability of the Company.
- Responsible for supervision of 14 supervisors and 135+/- union employees.
- Designed and installed new material handling system to remove production bottleneck
resulting in 15%+ increase in casthouse production capacity with a 6 month payback

2. Casthouse Process Engineer (March, 1996 – August, 1999)
- Provide engineering assistance in production line troubleshooting & process
improvement projects.

- Wonderware design engineer for complete Data Acquisition system for shop
floor.
- Developed plant wide electronic system for SOP’s (Standard Operating Practices)
