2. INTRODUCTION
• Crispin Porter + Bogusky (also known as CP+B), a member of publicly
traded MDC Partners, is an advertising agency that currently employs
around 700 people. It was founded in 1988 by Sam Crispin. Crispin
then became partners with Chuck Porter and Alex Bogusky. As of
2016, Porter is the only member still working for CP+B.
• The agency is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado with additional
offices in Coconut Grove, Florida; Los Angeles, California; London,
England; São Paulo, Brazil; Gothenburg, Sweden; Stockholm, Sweden;

• CP+B Europe opened its doors in June, 2009 after acquiring Swedish agency
Daddy, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Mark Simmons was Managing
Director of its Los Angeles office from 2002 to 2004. In July, 2010 CP+B
Canada opened after acquiring the Toronto-based agency Zig.
• CP+B experienced rapid growth in the late 1990s and early 2000s, achieving
notoriety on the strength of work for Burger King, BMW MINI, and anti-
smoking campaign TheTruth.com. Sally Hogshead worked for the company
at this time, and opened Crispin Porter + Bogusky's Venice, California office.
The agency’s current client list includes Domino's Pizza, Infiniti, American
Airlines, PayPal, Hotels.com, Hulu, Goose Island Brewery and Kraft Macaroni
& Cheese.

Co-Founder, Chief Creative Engineer
Alex Bogusky’s career in advertising began over twenty years ago
when he joined a 16-person ad agency called Crispin and Porter.
Under Alex's direction, Crispin Porter + Bogusky grew to more
than 1,000 employees with offices in Miami, Boulder, Los
Angeles, London and Sweden, and with annual billings over
$1billion. During Alex’s leadership, CP+B became the world's
most awarded advertising agency, and in 2010.
6. ANDRE KASSU
Partner/CCO
Andre leads both CP+B Brazil and CP+B Miami alongside Marcos
Medeiros, his creative partner of many years. Andre and Marcos
first teamed up in 2008 while working at AlmapBBDO. Since then,
they have worked for an array of global brands including VW,
Pepsi, Brazil’s largest cosmetics company O Boticario, Bayer,
Pedigree and the insurance company Bradesco Seguros.
Together, Andre and Marcos have been among the most highly
awarded and recognized creative teams in the world.

VP/Chief Engagement Officer
BOULDER, CO
Bryant leads all things media for CP+B as Chief Engagement
Officer. Prior to taking this role, he has spent the last 13 years at
the agency impacting nearly every single account through media
planning or analytics. As the Director of Message Planning and
Analytics, he led the push to build out CP+B’s analytics
capabilities, building customized dashboards for Microsoft, Best
Buy, Old Navy, and Hotels.com

President
As President, Danielle drives connectivity and collaboration
across CP+B Boulder an CP+B LA in order to bring more talent
and resources to client partners. Serving for three years in her
previous role as Managing Director of CP+B Boulder, Danielle
helped drive overall growth for the office, including key new
business, by developing an innovative and supportive culture
that attracts and retains the best talent in the marketplace.

• CP+B has been named "Agency of the Year" 13 times in the trade press. On
December 15, 2008, CP+B was named Creativity's agency of the year. They
were also named Adweek's 2008 U.S. Agency of the year.[23] In December
2009, CP+B was named Advertising Age Agency of the Decade and Boards
magazine's Agency of the Year.
• In 2010, CP+B was named Interactive Agency of the year at the Cannes Lions
International Advertising Festival, the third time the agency has won the
award since 2005.
