 Collate and crosscheck weekly Station Management Reports (SMR) from all
Station Managers.
 Coordinate reconciliation of Station and Customer ledgers at the head office
with territory records and update Reconciliation template.
 Collate and update all territory stations Daily Sales and Stock data in the
PETROSOL Station Management System.
 Collate all station service complaints and issues and update Ticking System.
 Coordinate territory training programmes for shift Captains and Attendants.
 Keep updates personnel files on all Shift Captains, Attendants and Securitymen.
 Coordinate recruitment, selection and promotion of Shift Captains and
Attendants.
 Monitor lubes stocks, sales and payment by Station Managers.
 Support Territory Manager in planning promotional activities.
 Fellow up on renewal of regulatory documents.
 Open complaints and works in the Ticketing System and follow-through until
resolution.
 Any other responsibilities assigned by MS&M and TM.

Responsibilities
 Plan and Coordinate all Administrative activities at the District level.
 Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
 Manage and handle petty cash transactions.
 Maintain appropriate internal control over any cash transactions.
 Keep proper accounts with supporting documentation (invoices, receipt
etc.) on all cash disbursements and expenditures.
 Perform any other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
 Ensure newly recruited employees are well oriented.
 Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
 Conduct Exit interviews and ensure every employee takes part in Exit
medicals after every spray season.
 Ensure company properties are maintained and are in good condition at
all times in the District.
 Handling and managing all logistics at the District level and reporting
appropriately.

requirements.
 Execute day to day office management including filling and logistic support
within the District.
 Supervise and arrange accommodation for trainings organized within the
