 Maintain the Cash Transaction Journal.
 Maintain and update Cost Point (CP7).

Responsibilities
Essential Job duties/Scope of Work:
 Prepare the documents for the monthly scanning.
 Follow up with the missing documents before the scanning start up.
 Organize the scanning Annexes according to the IMC Rules and regulations.
 Checking the back-up documentation for the financial documents.
 Upload the monthly scanning on the IMC web Page of I cloud.
 Work on the clearance of the ToT sent by the IMC Internal Auditor.
 Follow up with the other sites for the financial documents to be prepared for scanning.
Any other job that may be allocated by the supervisor
Gifts in Kind (GIK) officer International Medical Crops (IMC) January 20, To
February 28, 2015.
 Coordinate and support with field team relating to my particular responsibilities.
 Proactively manage the tracking of all Gifts in Kind(GIK) supplies, equipment, and
material through its receipts, storage, and onward distribution to include providing
input on the location
 Manage the capture of pipeline information, and the supply chain of GIK. Ensuring
timely reporting on stock status, to help program staff with planning of stock
replenishment and tracking through to the end user as occurred. Advice and support
central warehouse manager on stock management, minimum level keeping disposal
plan and distribution plan.
 Assist with the management of all matters logistics relating to warehousing and stock
management.
 Assist in the inventory and accounting systems through use of stock cards (bin cards)
and a warehouse ledger; all Goods Receipts Notes (GRN) confirming quantities
received in stock based on packing list, waybill, donation letter.
 Manage the maintenance of accurate filing systems, with documented and supported
records of actions for audit purposes.
 Produce or prepared weekly and monthly logistics reports for Asset, warehouse and
GIK to central warehouse manager for the compilation of in country management
team, and Global logistics pursuant with IMC policies and procedures.
