Coordinate and support with field team relating to my particular responsibilities.
Proactively manage the tracking of all Gifts in Kind(GIK) supplies, equipment, and
material through its receipts, storage, and onward distribution to include providing
input on the location
Manage the capture of pipeline information, and the supply chain of GIK. Ensuring
timely reporting on stock status, to help program staff with planning of stock
replenishment and tracking through to the end user as occurred. Advice and support
central warehouse manager on stock management, minimum level keeping disposal
plan and distribution plan.
