Lovelace Division Resource Team, Albuquerque, NM 8/2012 - Present
Staffing Coordinator
● Worked with contract labor representatives to acquire long term traveling staff for clinical and non-
clinical positions, acting as a bridge between the facilities and the agencies with the goal that all outside
communication for contract labor ran through the Resource Team
● Functioned as Lead Staffer for the department
● Verified and vetted the credentials of contract labor, building and maintained their files
● Actively staffed for six Lovelace hospitals, including Roswell, as well as several clinics
● Acted as timekeeper for contract labor, including creating timesheets, running RAs and assigning hours
to appropriate cost centers, and calculating monetary adjustments when needed
● Functioned as backup timekeeper for 200 Lovelace employees
● Trained employees to fill the Staffing Coordinator position as new employees joined the department
● Interfaced and coordinated needs with charge nurses, unit directors, house supervisors, and C level
officers to determine needs and coordinate filling them with our internal resource pool and when
necessary getting long term contract labor
● Wrote procedural documents as new policies were developed and duties of the office expanded

Lovelace Medical Center, Albuquerque, NM 04/2008 - 8/2012
Staffing Coordinator
● Staffed for two facilities: The Lovelace Medical Center, an eleven floor, 252 bed hospital and the Heart
Hospital, a 55 bed cardiac specialized hospital.
● Trained employees to fill the Staffing Coordinator position as new employees joined the department.
● Proactively worked with the charge nurses, directors and house supervisors to locate upcoming staffing
needs and shift resources to cover vacancies.
● Tracked staff and needs utilizing a database.
● Verified credentials and selected contract workers from a pool of vendors to fill vacancies in the
hospitals.
● Responsible for timesheets and assignment of cost centers for contract workers.
● Responsible for collecting, inputting and storing transfer patient information.

● Worked as a creative editor on Summer's Snow, a screenplay that was a quarter finalist for Francis Ford
Coppola's Zoetrope Screenplay Contest 2010 and won first place in DiXiE Film Festival 2011
● Produced the short film March 13th which was accepted into the 3rd Annual Fantastic Planet
International Sci-fi & Fantasy Film Festival (Sydney, Australia)
