As Talent Acquisition Intern for Presidio, I support the Talent Acquisition Team in various projects and staffing functions necessary
to increase overall performance. My duties include screening and sourcing the best talent available using Social Media, OpenHire
Applicant Tracking Technology and Job Boards such as Career Builder, Monster and Dice. I also contribute to employee and
organizational development by developing metrics and analytics to increase departmental efficiency. While in this position, I have
successfully pitched a company video for branding and integration initiatives and matched top candidates to two open
requisitions.
Responsibilities
- Administrate applicant tracking system for 5 regions in an effort to integrate tools throughout the company.

As a temporary Broker Compliance Specialist, I assisted the Broker Compliance and Registration team in acquiring new broker
referrals contracts and ensuring the adherence of contractual policies by company brokers. My role was to ensure the company
received payment for services in a timely manner. I successfully reduced the amount of days to receive contracts from brokers
from 3 days to one day and was awarded the Bravo! Award four times in 6 months.

- E-mailed 1,000 files each month to gain updated information on pending sales and purchases due to close at the end of each

Music Teacher August 2010 – March 2011
Alpha Academy at Oakmont Corinth, TX
I designed and taught Alpha's first music curriculum. I was chosen to take on this task during my interview for another position.
The position was designed specifically for me during the interview. Music classes were taught to ages 2 through 5, bi-weekly,
Monday through Friday. The curriculum was designed based upon classroom needs and weekly themes. While there, I coordinated a
holiday music program, facilitated motor skill development by encouraging the use of instruments and choreography, served as the
early morning breakfast teacher and primary afternoon aide to 15 five year – olds and other students as needed 5 days a week.
Site Supervisor January 2010 - June 2010
Denton ISD Extended School Day Denton, TX
As a site supervisor for ESD, I supervised a staff of 3 employees and 4 groups of children from Kindergarten through the 5 th grade.
The children represented all socio-economic standings and diverse people groups. I served as a liaison between the school, ESD
Directors and the ESD Staff. I was promoted to this role shortly after being hired as an afterschool counselor.

As an Afternoon Aide, I facilitated and arranged conversations regarding student progression and discipline 5 days a week as well as
created a sense of trust regarding teacher, parent, and student interactions. I updated all required paperwork including daily

As a Teacher’s Aide, I taught the afternoon curriculum for ages 3-12 as needed. As a camp counselor, I planned and taught physical
