the need to provide industry-specific courses to Philippine travel professionals, initiated the

3. Trainees are abreast with the industry’s current technology.
4. Trainees can perform the necessary travel office functions from ‘day one’ of their
employment.
5. University student trainees broaden their perspective on the industry they are about to
build a career in.
6. Scholars & beneficiaries of human rights organizations are given the opportunity to
build a brighter future.
Where the Philippine travel & tourism industry is concerned, benefits come in the form of,
1. Standards of practice being elevated to world-class levels.
2. Partner-institutions delivering high-caliber Tourism/Travel Management graduates.
3. Decrease in the shortage of skilled travel office staff, job-industry skills mismatch, and
the level of unemployment.
4. Development of rural & far-flung areas due to Amadeus Skills Training accessibility
via the internet.
