One in Hyderabad
• It has 37 Branches and 750+ Franchises across the
• It is the Leading Manufacturer of Household Appliances in
Pakistan
• It has a long history of selling products in Pakistan and
Middle East
• In 2015, Dawlance revenues were of $220.6 million

 The current product range of the company is as Follows;
1. Refrigerators 65%
2. Washing Machines 35%
3. Chest Freezers 45%
4. Vertical Freezers 10%
5. Split ACs 15%
6. Television 40%
7. Microwave ovens 2%
 Throughout its 34 years, the company has maintained
superior quality standards
 It is also the first Pakistani company to have been awarded
the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001

 Consists of 16 distribution centers all over the country. A
very strong distribution all over Pakistan
 The company is located in Karachi, where the larger
market is situated
 Better product durability

 Good marketing abilities: e.g. whenever a new product
is launched, they go by the “buy one, get one free”
consumer incentive to create awareness and make sales
of that product.
 Each stage of production is properly monitored by
quality control experts for best possible quality
 Customer satisfaction is catered to by means of free of
cost transportation and with lower costs and higher
quality
 Dawlance company tries to follow the 4P’s: Product,
Place, Promotion, Price. They believe that these are the
aspects that can be manipulated to keep ahead of the
competition.

 The company is losing a lot of money due to extra
labors and manual work.

 The Managers of different departments are not
