3. INTRODUCTION
• The process of management involves achieving business goals through
steps such as planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling. It
involves working with people and other resources to achieve organisational
objectives. The Fayol theory, established by Henri Fayol, offers a new way
of considering management at all levels. In this article, we understand
what the principles of management are and go through each one of them
in detail. Understanding the principles of management can help attain a
positive work environment and optimise employee performance. The
principles of management are a set of values by Henri Fayol, which assists
managers in an organisation to achieve better results. It uses a top-down
approach to divide the tasks using a framework called POLC, namely
planning, organising, leading and controlling.

11. STAGE 2 ORGANISING
1. Organising is next function of management. Organising is the process of
identifying and grouping the work to be performed, defining and delegating
responsibility and authority, and establishing relationships for the purpose of
enabling people to work most effectively together in accomplishing objectives. So
our company seen all the activity after that company provide all the works in the
group in people specialised skill and company asigning the authority and
responsibility . and our company make different department like sales
department , purchase department , finance department , etc. so our company
perform the second function of mangament.
13. STAGE 3 STAFFING
1. Staffing is next function of management . That is perform by company in
the process of production cycle to achieve the goal. Staffing refers to the
continuous process of finding, selecting evaluating and developing a
working relationship with current or future employees. The main goal of
staffing is to fill the various roles within the company with suitable
candidates . so our company provide employment in the rural areas people
. Our company provide employment in educated people and uneducated
people also because some work only doing educated people only and some
work doing only uneducated people so company hire all type of people .
Staffing function help to search the talent to using our company.

15. STAGE 4 DIRECTING
1. Directing is the next function of management . That is company perform by the
production cycle to acheive the goal of company . Basically directing means
Directing sets in motion the action of people because planning, organizing, and
staffing are the mere preparations for doing the work. Direction is an aspect of
management that deals directly with influencing, guiding, supervising, and
motivating staff for the achievement of organizational goals. So these are main
important function of management that perform by company because these
are oversee all the activity under the company .
16. STAGE 5 CONTROLLING
Controlling is the last function of management. Controlling is a primary goal-oriented
function of management in an organization. It is a process of comparing the actual
performance with the set standards of the company to ensure that activities are
performed according to the plans and if not then taking corrective action. Our company
perform this function because our company not perfect of production , same kind of
deviation come in our company so controlling function search the deviation in key reserve
area. controlling function is very important function because this function complete the
cycle of management.
