2. AL- HALAQ:

3. AL- FAM(THE MOUTH)
 The mouth consist of Al- Asnan (The teeth) Al-lisan (The tongue)
Al-Hanak( The roof of the mouth) As-Shafatayn(The two lips). Only
the Lisan and Shafatayn have articulation points though.

5. AL-HANAK
 Al-Hanak consists of litha(The Gums) ,muqadamal Hanak( Pre-
Palate Area), muqadamal lahme(Soft Palate),muqadamal adhme(Hard
Palate) and Lilha(Uvula).

6. AS-SHAFATAYN:
 As-Shafatayn has 2 articulations points for 4 letters:
 One articulation point is for the letter Faa’
 The other articulation point is for the letters Wow ghair
meddiyah(It is not a meddiyah letter) Meem, and Baa’.

7. ARTICULATION POINT OF
FAA’
 Unlike the previous Al- Halaq the letters of Al-Fam have
definitions, and the definition of the letter Faa’ is: It is articulated by
placing the edges of the front two incisors on the inside of the
bottom lip.

8. THE ARTICULATION POINT
OF BAA’
 Now the letter Baa’ is articulated by pressing the two lips together.
 The articulation point od Wow ghair meddiyah is: Is by circling the
two lips and leaving a little space for the running of the sound. Lastly
the articulation point of Meem: Is by pressing the two lips and we
accompany it with ghunnah from the khayshum ( I will explain in part
3 Insha'Allah).
