10. Spraying Done By Manual Process :
Amount paid to the labor for one day = Rs. 500 per labor
Total number of labor required in general to spray 1 Ac = 4
Total amount paid to the labour = 4*500 = Rs. 2000/ day / acre
Therefore, Total expenditure in one day is = Rs. 2000
Spraying Done By Battery Machine:
Consumption of electricity required for 1 acre = 6 units
Cost of electricity per unit = Rs. 7
Total cost of petrol for 1 acre farm for a day = 6*7 = Rs. 42
Amount paid to the labor = Rs. 500 per day
Total expenditure = Total cost of electricity + Amount paid to the labor
= Rs. 42 + Rs. 500 + Rs. 30
= Rs. 572 ~ Rs. 580
Amount saved by using the automatic removal machine = Rs. 2000 – Rs. 580 = Rs. 1420 / day / acre
Spraying done by Pneumatic Sprayers
Amount paid for labor for spraying 1 acre = Rs. 500
Amount spent for spraying the 1 acre by = manpower + maintenance = 0 + 100 = Rs. 100
Amount saved by Automatic spraying machine = Rs. 500 – Rs. 100
= Rs. 400
