The NUST Alumni Association Canada (NAACAN) aims to promote networking and mentorship among NUST alumni pursuing various careers in Canada. NAACAN wants to maintain a formal alumni database, assist newcomers, and arrange formal and informal gatherings. Some of NAACAN's long-term goals are to incorporate as a non-profit organization, hold an annual gala event, and publish an annual newsletter for alumni. NAACAN is looking for volunteers, help spreading the word, and teams to set up regional chapters.

What Does NAACAN want to do?

4. Some of our long term goals
Incorporate ourselves with Corporations Canada as a Not-for-profit
Arrange a Gala event every year where people from various professional streams are invited, and arrange talks to
help the attendees with fledgling careers
Put together a newsletter every year which includes articles about professional and personal life in Canada and
relevant contact information of people willing to render their services to our Alumni
Fund raising to help cover our legal and operational costs and to help needy Alumni in Canada and elsewhere

5. What can you do to help us out
Register please!!! Saif will send out the link for registration, we need a pool of people willing to be
a part of our efforts so we can get started on our goals.
Volunteer. As we grow in numbers, we will need more people. So if you are interested, please reach out.
Spread the word! If you have friends who are not a part of our network currently, please invite them.
