• AR team has exceeded SLA on all the ALR queues from Jan’15 to June’15 with no SLA misses on any of the queues during the
entire duration.
• Involved in incubation of Fraud Squad, which helped in reduction of Fraud for AR business from 71 bps to 15bps
• Developed key metrics for the business called as Ops Controllable Bad Debt and Repeat Contact Rate, which resulted in
reduction in bad debt and enhancing customer experience
• Started leading the Shubarambh program from the start of July’15 onwards and contributed in improving the Shubarambh
sessions compliance which was 21% in Feb’15 and ended at 69% by the end of July’15
