Code of Ethics
About the ethical standards:
 Products – Clean products:
- The restaurant‘s products and material’s products must be taken from fresh foods. In
addition, our ingredients are self-provided by planting in the high-standard environment.
And all products of restaurant must be produced, and labeled to guarantee high standards
of quality that are always fresh, and safe for customers
- The entire ingredient will be tested once a month by a reliable testing institute.
- The Executive Chef will check the dish the last time before serving
 Employees:
- Treating all employees respectfully and fairly. In addition, don’t discriminate against
employees on the grounds of race, sex, age, and religion. We make sure that the
employees will work in a safe environment.
- Not allow any form of sexual harassment and intimidation in the workplace.
- Giving the employees new opportunities and necessary skills and promotion of
employees. Promote knowledge, training and motivation for all our employees in order to
their duty in a higher standard.
- Employees will be worked in the environment which can help them promote their ability
as much as possible.
 Community:
- Our restaurant has a responsibility to the community. Owners and all their employees
should take part in and develop community organizations.
- We promise to create a better environment to live and work for not only the employee but
also the community where we open the business.
- We have a lot of program that could help the young people have a chance to work and
experience the Italy culture which can improve their language skill. We also provide
some charity campaigns to raise money and use it to build school for children who live in
the rural and give them better facilities to live and study.
 Customers:
- Customers always stand on the head of our restaurant – they are always right.
- Provide a safe, comfortable and friendly environment for all our customers.
- The service is friendly, respectful and enthusiastic with all our customers.
- Provide food that is fresh and high quality.
- The price is suitable for everyone includes teenagers and adults.
 Natural environment:
- Our restaurant tries to protect the natural environment, only uses recycle resources. For
instance, we collect the discarded materials and recycle them into useful objects such as:
we recycle the glass bottle into the light system of the restaurant and use the old CD to
decorate in some corner of the restaurant; we also use the old newspapers or used papers
and make our restaurant be classical.
- Our restaurant invests in the water and electrical control system, therefore water and
electricity will be used wisely and economically. We also training the employees how to
save the materials so we will protect the environment.
