INTRODUCTION
Overall, I have worked in various business settings from academia to
biotech and retail companies and shown to be able to think outside the
box. I am comfortable working as a team player or a team leader.
With
these years of experience, my familiarity and agile reaction to legal issues
and excellent negotiation skills would let me be able to face tough
challenges.
JOB EXPERIENCE
1. Law Firm Stage -Legal/Patent Engineer/Market Analyst
Upon graduation, I was employed at Lincoln law
fi
rm to oversee
litigations which encompass drafting legal documents, analyzing legal
matters, providing legal advice, and communicating with clients. To
further expand my horizon, I worked at two consulting companies
specialized in intellectual property (IP) analysis, where I worked closely
with clients to provide customized IP services and risk evaluation. The
clients include manufacturers of cell phone supply chains, IC design
houses, retail companies, and R&D corporations.
2. Bio-technology industry Stage -IP Manager
After that, I joined Trentron Biomedical Pte Ltd as an IP/Legal Manager,
in which I had to manage all legal and IP affairs. During my work in
Trentron, I had shown to be meticulous and deliver results to the highest
standard. I have created various contract/NDA templates for R&D, QC,
and Manufacturing departments to increase speci
fi
city and ef
fi
ciency.
Working with people from all of the departments within the company, I
realized it was necessary to initiate periodic training. I took it upon myself
to create training materials and update any relevant regulations for my
colleagues. I also keep improving my communication and negotiating
skills to make sure I could meet all requirements from my colleagues.

Retail Company Stage — Retail Advisor

2. In order to search for a career breakthrough, I joined Decathlon in 2019 as
a retail legal advisor, and the JD, working environment, and colleagues
were totally different from before. In Decathlon, what I had to do was not
just deal with one speci
fi
c contract/dispute, but more focus on a whole
strategic and long-term plan which was always connected to the
company's development plan. It is quite challenging, and I do love to
embrace this difference.
EDUCATION
In my masters, I undertook a wide range of classes locally and
internationally including intellectual property, civil law, civil procedure
law, criminal law, company act, etc. The hands-on experience instilled in
me the ability to quickly see things from a legal perspective and identify
ways to solve the problem.
