10. Pratiek is a Senior Consultant in the private practice and in-house legal area, where he oversees
comprehensive coverage of the market, focusing on mid to senior-level hires for domestic and
globals firms and corporate houses. Pratiek is also involved in consulting assignments, and
assists in business development activities of FCL Search.
Having worked as a lawyer, he is well networked in the legal circuit and is able to quickly grasp
