INTRODUCTION
In this report we are talking about parenting as a transgender and adopting children. The reality in
the adoption and foster community there is a significant shortage of families who are open to
parenting a child as a transgender. An even harsher reality than that is the significant number of
biological families who abandon shame or shun their biological children in our society. This is the
bitter truth that there is no concept in our society to adopt children or give their children, then how
can anyone while they are poor but they will not give their child to the transgenders.
In a really sobering statistic being that the suicide of transgenders is shockinly around 50 percent
then how they (Transgenders) became good parents.
In my opinion, like in Pakistan there are a lot of issues of trans people, they haven’t their own
identity, their homes, their jobs while they haven’t financial power, including they haven’t any
medical powers designating each other. Then how they can adopt children.
METHODOLOGY
In view of the fact that it is about 0.6% of the population in the US is transgender (trans) and also
that the wide disparities in health care in this group of the population, have been reported,
government and research organizations are increasingly expanding sex/gender, statistics, trans-
inclusive. The options which are available for study on transgender communities, such as the
advanced check-list of all of the current gender identities, and recording options, to provide a
maximum of flexibility is usually not well suited to a wide demographic studies. They do have a
limited number of questions, and in a small number of classes to be analyzed. A limited evaluation
of the trans-inclusive, population control measures, on the basis of sex/gender, including those that
are currently in use, was carried out. With the help of online surveys and with surveys of the 311
participants, as well as the cognitive interviews with a subpopulation, with a maximum diversity
(n = 79), we conducted a mixed review of the two indicators, a two-step question has been
developed in the United States of america, and of a multi-indicator has been developed in Canada.
We found very low levels of missing items, and not a sign of confusion on the part of the cisgender
(gender) of participants in the two measures. However, the majority of the participants of the
survey reported to have problems with each set of questions. The agreement between these two
measures in the assessment of gender identity was very high (K = 0.9081), but gender identity is
a poor proxy for other dimensions, gender, or gender under the gender of participants. Any
problems relating to the development or adjustment of the measuring instruments which are a
result of the analysis of gender readings, transgender personalities to the core, and the cultural
identities, proxy or financial problems are temporary, and there is not a single element, in order to
ensure an accurate reading to the sex/gender. On the basis of this assessment, it is recommended
to to the demographic of studies is designed for general analysis is to consider a new, multi-
Dimensional measure of gender/slab test, which consists of three operations, one of which was set
up to only a small subset of the us) for the assessment of gender identity, and instagram, to sex

with optional accessories. We will present the request to the adjustment of the measurement in a
variety of contexts.
FINDINGS/RESULTS
Approximately 14% of the adolescents reported a previous suicide attempt; there were differences
on the basis of gender identity in an attempt to commit suicide. Adolescents, women, and men,
have the highest rate of suicide attempts (50.8%), followed by young people, which is not only a
male or female (41.8%), young people, men and for women (29.9%), then pull the adolescents
(27.9%), young women (17.6%) and young people (9.8%). Self-identification as a non-
heterosexual, increasing the risk of young people, with the exception of those of you that do not
identify you alone, when a man or a woman, that is, to those of you who do not identify you alone,
when a man or a woman,). For transgender youth, of any of the other socio-demographic
characteristics associated with suicide attempts.

DISCUSSION
I totally disagree with this point of view.
According to LGBTQ workers.
"Marriage or adoption is becoming a major problem for minorities in Asia, as well as in India,
China and Pakistan.
First: if you are a trans man or trans woman who wants to adopt a child, this is not the person.
For example,
Someone wants to adopt it, but if it is adopted, it will not be given to third parties other than men
and women. Not to mention the enormous financial burden of such a legal party, the rules do not
allow minorities to legally adopt children. "
It is well known that there is no concept of cheddar cheese for transgender people in the United
States.
However, in European countries, people can be parents. Under California law, you cannot be
denied services or used as a foster home because you are a transgender woman. 1. We also have
transgender children (GNC).
I mean, it's not allowed, because there are a lot of transgender people in Asia who would like to
adopt only a girl. Why in this way? Why they want to adopt a girl, why they don't adopt a boy.
However, illegal adoption is widespread among the transgender community. In some countries,
China and India, there are people who are unable to care for their children, leaving them with the
transgender community. There is also a wide field of application. However, there is no basis for
such identification.
If I'm talking about the legal status of parents in the West, you know?
After the death of a spouse or other significant events, transgender parents may face challenges in
legal custody of their spouse, family members, especially if they are biologically related to the
children. Not based on your training status. Wedding. In most cases, there is reason to believe that
a child has two parents and their children and they marry.
This can be challenging, especially in the context of same-sex marriage in countries that do not
recognize same-sex marriage and legalize same-sex marriage. In many states, the law has been
thoroughly investigated, and whether this assumption is true, especially when it comes to the
gender of the parents. A poor parent who is not married to a husband will have many more
problems than one who has children and is married to a husband, because in some states a decision
is possible. Or not having children only if the couple is married.
However, as a transgender parent, there is a strong connection between the decision to accept
children, a spouse, or to keep your legal situation clearer. Each of these, with a change in the
administration of justice, will protect you if you move to another state. Because the decision is a
guarantee that will take longer to accept. However, its acceptance is a way of understanding it.

Consult a family law attorney with experience in LGBT matters and how to handle important
decisions regarding your family, so that you can utilize all that legal assistance, including assisted
reproduction, adoption, and parenting, making decision making.
This means that you are not only in Asia, but also in the United States, you will have to make it
feel legal. If you do not agree, you will not be allowed to do so.
Come back to Asia;
Rahu, a Hindu temple, famous for its erotic sculpture, which has many images of gay activities.
Historians have shown that pre-colonial society is not against the law, homosexuals, or will
consider it immoral or sinful. This mandate has traditionally presented homosexuality as
something natural and pleasant, However, there are some melodies and the prohibition of
homosexuality was only for the priests.
Why did Al-Biruni consider writing that homosexuality is denied?
That is why they just want to live a happy life, but it is genderless as a community.
In 2018, the Senate of Pakistan approved a basic design of the Transgender Rights Act, which
prohibits discrimination and harassment of transgender people, as well as the protection of their
right to health and access to the sites. In 2019, Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the health
sector, gaining access to programs specifically known as trans people. However, this law does not
apply to the adoption of children, but due to this fact, until now the government of Pakistan did
not want to give up the right to adopt. But, In 2012, transgender people received the same rights
as their counterparts, including the right to vote and the right to inherit property. In 2016, in Lahore,
Pakistan's second largest city, Muslim clergy issued a fatwa allowing for gender identity and
marriage. The priests said:" Bullying, transgender people, bullying them, bullying, whether it is to
think of them as being inferior, it is against the Law."
In 2017, transgender people could be seen as a category in the national census, and the following
year, Pakistan's parliament passed the Trans People's Rights Protection Act as an amendment. The
new law, described by Ali as "a landmark intervention", contains a clause that allows people to
declare their gender. All of what I've described here, I'd just like to say that you have the right to
marry or live, the right to vote and why would you prefer a girl? There are around 4,480,000
transgender people in India. Almost 123,000 trans men and trans women accepted the proximity
of the girls. Now if we're talking, there are over 300,000 transgender people in Pakistan, and if I
can find it on YouTube, Google and any other site that tells me there are 9,000 transgender women
or transgender people in Pakistan. There are people who have adopted children.
"Shaista, a transgender person is at home," she told DW.
According to the research, almost half of the Pakistani population earn their living by begging,
having sex and dancing at weddings, while the rest are engaged in informal activities.
They have to renounce cultural and institutional discrimination against transgender people in
Pakistan and not get education or employment. She told me that there is no such thing as marriage,
family and adoption like in the West. And Pakistan and transgender people are not ready to adopt
children, because we don't just want to live our lives for children.

CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS
In the end, I'd just like to say that ...
In the absence of social or in the event of an emergency, it is alarming. In the case of criminal
victimization, and sexual harassment, those men are getting very little help/ support from the
general public and by government agencies. In Pakistan, people have forgotten the spiritual role
that women have played in their history. Transgender people are being ridiculed and insulted.
Popular tv programs, you may consciously or subconsciously, violent fun of the trans community.
